Michelle embarked on her journey with BDC in 2011, bringing with her over 25 years of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Throughout her career, Michelle has assumed various roles, including hygiene team lead, hygiene team trainer, and clinical director. Currently, she proudly holds the position of Sleep Apnea Director.
Her introduction to the dental field began at 17 when she responded to a newspaper ad. This sparked her profound interest in the field. When she joined the BDC family, Michelle discovered a team that not only supports her professionally but personally as well, epitomizing the true essence of teamwork.
In her role as Sleep Apnea Director, Michelle finds unparalleled joy in treating her patients, particularly witnessing the transformative impact on those initially reluctant, exhausted, and devoid of hope. Michelle takes pride in guiding them from a life-threatening situation to a complete overhaul of their health, wellness, and overall life.
For Michelle, being able to facilitate such profound transformations for her patients is both a joy and an honor. She emphasizes BDC’s commitment to help and listen, prioritizing patient care over any product sales. Recognizing that everyone has a unique story, Michelle extends her attentive ear with kindness, compassion, and empathy.
In her free time, Michelle finds solace in the company of her husband and boys. A passionate traveler, she has discovered that Hawaii holds a special place in her heart, referring to it as her “spirit place.”
